Delivery Information

How long will my order take to arrive?

Based in Birmingham, we aim to deliver to our fellow Brits within an estimated 3-5 working days after placing an order. However, please bear in mind that this isn’t a guarantee. Some factors, such as postal delays, might affect this time slightly. Additionally, as each product we provide is crafted by hand upon order, there might be a slight delay during particularly bustling periods.

For international orders, the usual wait is between 7-12 working days. In some cases, it might take a bit longer, especially during peak periods like Christmas when delivery times might increase due to the high demand. Delays can also arise depending on the efficiency of customs and the postal service in the receiving country.

  • Asia Pacific: 10-12 working days

If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days (for UK) or 20 working days (for international orders) from the dispatch date, please get in touch. We’re here to assist you.

Returns

We’re happy to accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations under the following conditions:

  • Reach out to us within: 7 days of receiving your items.
  • Return the items to us within: 14 days of receipt.
  • For cancellations: Inform us within 24 hours of making your purchase. Please note: Return postage is to be borne by the buyer.

However, due to the unique nature of some items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

Should your items arrive damaged or defective, we require photographic evidence to validate the claim. Without such evidence, returns will not be accepted nor will refunds be issued. If your item is received in a damaged state, not as described, or isn’t fit for its intended purpose, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving it.

We reserve the right to decline returns or refunds that do not comply with our terms and conditions.
